| Shipping: |
Orders normally ship within 3-5 business days from the
date of order placement. Delivery is normally by standard freight, UPS,
USPS, or FEDEX depending on the weight of your order and/or the shipping
destination. Please note, business day refers to weekdays - Monday to
Friday, and does not cover weekends or holidays.
In the event that all or part of your order is not in stock, we will inform
you by e-mail as soon as possible. Non-stock items normally ship within
7-10 days. If product is on back-order at the time of order and will take
more then 10 days, we will happily give a full refund if requested. |

| Due to a recent increase in fraudulent transactions, if paying via Credit Card or Paypal we will only ship to a confirmed address. For Credit Card transactions we require that your shipping address be the same as your billing address. We will verify this with your Credit Card Banking representative.

| Returns:
|
| All returns and cancellations (after product ships) will
be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all shipping
charges encurred for the return. All items must be returned unused in their
original packaging and in a saleable condition within 7 days from the time
the order was delivered. All returns must be in original packaging. Any
damage that occurs in transit to dbsupplyco.com will be deemed to be the
responsibility of the customer and any costs arising from this will be for
the customers account. All returns must have an RGA number or return will
be refused. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this matter.

| Shipping Charges: |
| Currently, all product shipping charges within the 48 Continental
US states are included in our online pricing. Should this change, Shipping
charges would be calculated based on location, weight of the product including
packaging, volumetric weight if applicable and necessary insurance coverage
and handling charges. You can view the relevant shipping charges to your
chosen destination easily by adding any product to your "Shopping Cart",
below the cart you will see a table of applicable shipping charges. |

| Refused Shipments: |
| Orders that have been shipped to the shipping address as
supplied by the customer, and which are subsequently returned to Db Supply Company
as undeliverable/refused are subject to a maximum refund of the value of
the products ordered only minus a 20% restocking fee, (not including shipping
costs). |

We do our best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly
and with all items in good working order, if in the unlikely event that
any goods are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly, we will be happy
to send you a replacement as soon as is possible. Shipping charges for replacement
items will be covered by Db Supply Company, furthermore you will be refunded
for your postal/shipping costs incurred in returning the faulty/incorrect
items.
